• Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. If a product is mispriced or described incorrectly, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed.

• Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

• Personalization Deadline: If you do not send the necessary personalization within 30 days of placing an order, your order will be marked as completed.

• Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.

• Cancellation Policy: Once I start working on your order, it cannot be canceled. Additionally, once the file has been sent to production, the file or print cannot be changed or canceled.

• Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for checking the correctness of the personalized product, including text and other details. Once approved by the customer, the final edit will be sent to the customer, and any further editing or changes will require payment.

𝟓. 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲

• Shipping: We aim to process and ship your order promptly. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

• Customs Fees: For print shipping and delivery, there may be customs fees applied according to the laws of your country. These are additional charges that the customer is responsible for. Customs will contact you if this is the case, and you have 10 days to complete their requirements; otherwise, the package will be sent back.

• Delivery: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. PhotoDigiStudio is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

If you purchase a digital download, you agree that it will be delivered as a file to your email. No physical print will be provided for digital download purchases.

• Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

• Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 20 days of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
